2. The goods is shipped by free shipping HK post in general, about 15-35days arriving, just choose DHL or contact me if need any quick delivery.

Q1.Can I really customize my own logo pick?
A: Yes, we are a pick factory , so we have established a special group to meet more customers demand,
any color logo is no problem.
Q2.what is the final price, and need to add extra fee?
A:There is no more extra fee if you don't ask for any much special picks or any more demand.
Q3.How can I send you my logo?
A:You can contact me by TradeManager or leave a message to me

Q4.Do I need to write any instructions when placing an order
A: You should write an remark to me about your all demand so I can't mess any special order.
Q5.What are your Artwork Specifications ?
A: The artwork should be clear enough, up to 800*800 pixel, 300 resolution Any file is OK, but we prefer AI file. In case you are not sure if your artwork is workable, send to me check first.
Q6. Can I mix different logos and gauge in one lot?
A: One lot(100pcs) can only have at most two images and one gauge in general, if you ask more, more images, this will lead to extra $5 or $10 fee. Just ask me for details. It is better that you can place another order for each image and gauge.
Q7.It is one side printing or double sides printing ?
A: The pick will be double sides printing in general, both sides different is also OK.
Q8. What the procedure of placing this customized order?
A: Placing your order and write a remarks--leaving or emailing your logo---OK ---wait to receive your goods.
Q9.If there is any pick model for us to make the logo ?
A: Here it is. BTW, Beside the pick model picture, also need to send me original picture for printing.
