FikFis operates a dropshipping model. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers who arrange shipment directly to your delivery address. Notwithstanding the involvement of third-party suppliers, FikFis remains responsible to you as the retailer for ensuring that products are delivered within a reasonable timeframe and in conformity with the contract.
6.2 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on our Website and on product listing pages. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
