Generally, within 24 hours after successfully receiving the files you send, we will provide you with a design preview for your review and for you to offer any modification suggestions. However, please note that if it falls on weekends or holidays, the time for providing the preview will be postponed accordingly.
We would like to specifically remind you that if you do not send us the pictures for printing and production within the specified time, we will assume that you want a solid-color bag without patterns.

I. Design-related Matters
1、Requirements for Pictures and Files: Please ensure that the pictures, logos and other files you provide are clear and have a high resolution to avoid affecting the final printing effect due to blurry images. It is recommended to use original pictures with high pixels. The preferred file formats are JPEG, PNG, and PDF. For elements such as logos and texts, please ensure that the design is simple and clear as much as possible. Avoid overly complicated patterns or fonts that are too small to prevent distortion or difficulty in recognition during the production process. If copyright issues are involved, please make sure that all the pictures, logos and other materials you provide are legally owned by you or you have obtained the authorization to use them. Otherwise, legal disputes may arise.
2、Color Selection Due to different monitors, printing devices and lighting conditions, there may be certain differences in color display. The actual color of the product may be slightly different from what you see on the screen.
II. Customization Details
1、Size Deviation All products are handmade or produced by specific processes. Therefore, there may be certain deviations in size. Generally, the deviation range is about 1 - 2 centimeters, which is within the normal range of production processes. If you have strict requirements for size, please communicate and confirm with our customer service staff before customization.
2、Material Characteristics Different materials have different characteristics and application scenarios. For example, some materials may be relatively light but have poor waterproof performance, while others may be more durable but relatively hard in texture. When choosing materials, please make a comprehensive consideration according to your actual needs and usage scenarios, and understand the advantages and disadvantages of various materials clearly.
III. Customization Process and Time Arrangement
1、Information Provision During the customization process, please provide us with all the required information in a timely and accurate manner, including style selection, customization content, quantity, delivery address, etc. Incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to an extended customization cycle or other problems. If you need to modify the design plan during the customization process, please submit your request within the specified time after we provide the preview, so as not to affect the overall production progress.
2、Production Time Generally, we will complete the production and delivery within a certain period after receiving your customization files and confirming all the information. However, during special periods such as holidays and production peaks, the production time may be extended. We will communicate with you in advance and inform you of the expected delivery time. Please wait patiently.
IV. After-sales Service
1、Quality Issues After receiving the product, please check whether there are any quality problems in a timely manner. If you find any flaws or damages, please contact our customer service staff in time. We will provide after-sales services such as reissuance or refund according to the specific situation.
