1. Function overview:

When the speed is higher than the starting degree, the fan runs at a low speed. If the temperature continues to rise, the fan speed also increases slowly. When the temperature rises to When the temperature is set at full speed, the fan will run at full speed. When the temperature begins to drop, the fan speed will also automatically drop, and this cycle work; the governor supports RS485 serial communication, through the serial protocol, the fan speed can be controlled, and the parameters of the governor can be configured/queried.

5. Basic function instructions
5.1 Connect the wiring according to the interface instructions

The speed of the fan can be adjusted according to the temperature range of the speed controller. Take the factory default temperature range of the governor as an example.
The interval is L=30°C, H=50°C, when the current temperature is detected to be greater than or equal to 30°C, the governor adjusts the fan in a linear proportion If the temperature increases, the fan speed will also speed up. When the temperature is ≥50°C, the fan becomes full speed. When the temperature drops to ≤ At 27°C (L-3), the governor puts the fan at minimum speed and/or shuts down the fan.
6. About the use of fan fault signal indicating relay
A low-power relay (dry contact) is integrated in the governor, which is mainly used to indicate the abnormal stop of the fan, which can be used as an indication
The signal is connected to the digital input port of the PLC/IPC, and can also be used as a switch to control low-power equipment directly
