Does not consume Wi-Fi bandwidth or compete with phones / computers.

4. Buying Guide
Choose the Wi-Fi version if you are new to smart home, only need one or two simple motion‑sensing functions, and don’t want the extra cost and setup of a gateway.
Choose the Zigbee version if you are a smart home enthusiast, already have or plan to deploy multiple smart devices (lights, switches, curtains, etc.), and value system stability, low latency, and long battery life.
