Application

Polyester strap have been widely used in the package of steel, paper, lumber, tobacco, bricks, building materials, chemical fiber,cotton, metal products, and many other sectors.

Common Problem

1. The heating can be used after 3-5 minutes of power on. The thick hot-melt PP plastic tape will take longer to fuse.
2. Thin straps with low heat of fusion. The straps will fuse after a longer fusion time. Just before use, you should simulate fusion several times in advance to find the best fusion time for thick and thin straps.
3. It is very important that the fusion surface of the two belts be instantly joined, so the ironing head quickly retracts. Clamp the jaws firmly for about 2 seconds.
4. Two consecutive heat fusions for heavy items play the role of double insurance.
